Awesome customer service! Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ive wanted a lightsaber for years and their prices are very reasonable. He also let me play with the lightsabers at the con (which was sweet) but what convinced me was the lifetime guarantee! The quality of the lightsabers are very solid and im a fan of differents led colors. (I have had trouble choosing which color to commit to with other lightsaber companies and now i have variety lol) im glad i got to catch the booth at the anime expo and had such a positive expierence 10/10 would recommend. :)

My sons and I met them at a convention and ordered a buy one get one free lightsaber and had it sent to them as well as my darksaber. The sabers were sent ahead of time and tracking was delivered to my sons email the next day. He sent me the email and I was like totally shocked that this place was so fast. We got ''em a couple days later and the tracking was active pretty quick too with a day for a delivery. Thanks guys for answering my questions about instructions too. Five stars for ya
