⚔️ GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What is a lightsaber from DXSabers?
A: Our lightsabers are high-quality replicas inspired by the Star Wars universe, designed for dueling, cosplay, collecting, and display. They come in RGB base-lit and pixel-blade (OMNIPIXEL (DX SABER BRAND), XENOPIXEL, PROFFIE BOARD NEOPIXEL options.

Q: Are DXSabers lightsabers combat-ready?
A: Yes! All of our sabers labeled as duel-ready are designed for full-contact dueling including any of our PIXEL blades.  You can literally run any of them over with any vehicle and they will be perfectly fine and functional! 

Q: Do the blades come off?
A: Absolutely. Blades are detachable with a standard hex key (included). This makes your saber easy to store, display, or carry. Just unscrew the screws at the top of the hilt (emitter) and once they are unscrewed the blade will slide out and vice versa. 

Q: What does the lifetime warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers everything.  We will repair or replace any part of the lightsaber if it does not function or if a small piece falls off for some reason.  We will replace the blade as well within reason.  Each customer is entitled to a limited number of blade replacements per year based on their saber usage so that no one takes advantage of the system. We will even replace the charging cable or the screws if lost or broken.  

The lifetime warranty also EXTENDS TO EVERY SABER YOU OWN FROM EVERY COMPANY! This means that if you purchase a lightsaber from us then we will fix your broken sabers for free.  We are able to offer this part of the warranty because we can fix any lightsaber on the market.  This offer also gives great insurance to your collection or sabers that you hope to collect in the future!

Q: What’s the difference between RGB Base-Lit and Neopixel?
RGB Base-Lit:

  • Light comes from the hilt

  • Good for heavy dueling

  • Budget-friendly

Neopixel:

  • Blade has LEDs inside for brighter, more even light

  • Smooth swing & advanced effects

  • Good for heavy dueling

  • Best for visual accuracy and cosplay

  • Infinite colors including blade effects like Rainbow Mode, Fire Blade Etc. 

  • More character sound fonts

Q: How many colors do your sabers have?
A: Infinite! Both RGB and Neopixel sabers allow you to cycle through dozens of blade colors with a button press.

Q: What soundboards do you use?
A: DXSabers currently supports DX SABERS RGBX, Proffie v3-4, XenoPixel v3-4, and OMNIPIXEL (DX SABERS BRAND), depending on the saber. Each has unique sound/font capabilities and effects like flash-on-clash, lock-up, blaster deflect, and smooth swing.

Q: What is OMNIPIXEL?

A: OMNIPIXEL is a DX SABERS brand soundboard that is identical to XENOPIXEL, and created by TXQ and DX SABERS.  It has improved functions for a much more user friendly experience with each saber as well as updating and changing sound fonts and changing the saber's functions to customize it for the user.  It works beautifully with the FORCE PARK v2 application or it can be modified to work with the XENO application available on the apple and android app stores. 


🔋 POWER + CHARGING

Q: How do I charge my lightsaber?
A: Most sabers come with a USB-C or micro-USB cable and charge via the port on the hilt or via removable battery. Charging time is approx. 2–4 hours.  Longest use best practice is to charge overnight.  

Q: How long does a saber last on a full charge?
A: Around 1–12 hours of continuous use depending on features used and battery type.


🛠️ CUSTOMIZATION + REPAIRS

Q: Can I customize my lightsaber?
A: Yes! Choose your emitter, pommel, hilt finish, core type, and blade size. We also offer custom etching aka engraving, leather wrapping and sound fonts for advanced builders.

Q: My saber isn’t turning on. What do I do?
A:

  1. Take the battery out and put it back in until you hear a sound from the saber. 
  2. Ensure it's fully charged
  3. Hold the power button for 3–5 seconds

  4. Check for loose wires or contact our support for diagnostics

  5. If all else fails reach out to support@dxsabers.com and we will give you the address to ship your saber hilt to for repair or replacement.  

🚚 SHIPPING + RETURNS

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock or Ready to ship sabers begin processing immediately after ordering and usually ship within 2–5 business days.  They arrive within 14 business days aka two weeks. Custom sabers or rare models may take 7–14 days. International shipping available anywhere in the world! 

Q: What shipping companies do you use?
A: We mainly use UPS and sometimes UPS agents will give the shipments to USPS in order to help the USPS get more business and this occurrence is rare and out of our control. 

We only use USPS for very small items 0.5 lbs and under, and we use DHL for some domestic and international.  

We use FEDEX and DHL and 3PE for international shipments and you can easily track your order on the website or contact support if you need help.  

Q: Where do you ship from normally?
A: We have an office in the suburbs of Philadelphia, a warehouse in new jersey, and multiple factories in china where our lightsabers are shipped to the customers who order them from our website.  We offer the largest collection of lightsabers online as we offer every manufacturer possible, bringing together all the lightsabers into one galaxy for your convenience.  

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery on unused sabers. If something arrives damaged then we will deduct the damages from the refund, contact support for a replacement or repair per your lifetime warranty.  If an order is returned then there will be a 10% processing and 10% restocking fee applied.  All refunds are scheduled so that each can be dispersed in a timely fashion, and are by no means immediate. 

Refunds can take 7-14 days to arrive back into your account or card used to purchase.  We can and have issued refunds by other means such as cash app, venmo, apple pay, etc if a refund fails to process for any reason such as a customer's card number changing or expiring or getting a new paypal account etc. 

If an order for some reason is not delivered within 45 days then the customer will be notified of each delay as per company policy and will be able to choose a refund at that point or to continue with the order to be dispatched for a RISK FREE shopping experience. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, to most galaxies and systems (aka worldwide). Customs duties may apply based on your planet's policies.

Q: Can I add custom sound fonts?
A: If your saber uses Proffie or XenoPixel, or Omnipixel and some RGBX models such as most replica sabers, yes! Connect to a computer via USB, follow included  instructions in our instruction manual section or contact support for help.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or financing?
A: Yes! We accept Paypal Installments for ultimate security and Sezzle on any and all purchases. Wield your saber now—pay over time!

Q: Do you sell double-bladed sabers?
A: Yes! We have staff sabers and couplers that allow two sabers to connect and disconnect instantly! Perfect for Maul-style combat.  

Q: Are these official Star Wars products?
A: DXSabers crafts custom replicas inspired by Star Wars. These are not licensed Disney/Lucasfilm products but made with love for fans, by fans.  Many actors and actresses from the films and series own one or more DX SABER brand lightsaber!  Check the celebrity section to find out more!
